    This is starting to get annoying

    I made a thread saying I accidently purchased ibot twice the first time I purchased it but I have only received the first month of the bot and my bot says I don`t have any more days. I have made posts in my thread saying I need help figuring it out, also made a post in a thread to Jonatas telling him I sent him an email and no response. I also sent a pm to Eli asking for help and no response. I even sent an email to support@tibiaibot.com and again still no response. All I want is for my month that I already paid for. I have both confirmation numbers that I paid twice. Can someone who runs tibia ibot please respond to me

    its getting annoying. i havent been able to bot for 3-4 days

    Well I just had a problem with billing and got answered in less than 24h o0. Make sure you send them your payament reference # etc on your mail so they can check what happened
