Question Bug with hardware ID 0000-0000

Well, im creating this thread because as I see many other ppl are getting the same problem and we didnt get a workfull reply.

I'm using Windows XP Service Pack 3 and this is the problem that im getting:

I downloaded Microsoft Framework .NET 4 from the microsoft website. Installed sucefully.
Then I downloaded the last version of tibia IBot ( ibot v1_1_2 for tibia client 9.70).

and when I try to run the program (running as Administrator) I get the following screens:

The first screen that I get is this one:

Name:	error 1.jpg
Views:	9
Size:	98.2 KB
ID:	8179

Then I click in the OK button and I get the second screen:

Name:	error 2.jpg
Views:	5
Size:	97.7 KB
ID:	8180

I click in the OK button again and then the Ibot opens and it shows that my hardware id is 0000-0000:

Name:	error 3.jpg
Views:	6
Size:	98.1 KB
ID:	8181

and then when I click in Login, another windows appears saying "Invalid Hardware ID".

I've already searched on the ibot forum, google and I didnt get a good answer. The only advice that I got was to format my pc and it's not even 100% sure that it will work if I format it. So I'd rather not format my computer.

I've already tried to reset my hardware id using the link: http://www.tibiaibot.com/contact/reset-hardware-id.php
    and I nothing happened.

I've tried to re-install everything over and over again and still nothing happened.

Can someone tell me what to do besides "format ur pc"?!

By reinstalling you mean delete all previously iBot files and then extract new ones or just overwrite them? Make sure you delete all previous ones before.

Yea Blakw deleting all ibot file/.net wont help with this issue

You need to delete your .net/ibot, then update your windows service pack/reinstall the most uptodate1 and then try reinstalling ibot+.net

Something to do with currupted data in the service pack I think
