    Bought iBot on 22 october and still no days

    Hello,

    Like the title says I bought iBot days this monday and today it's saturday and I still don't have any iBot days. I payed with iDeal which transfers the money inmediatly. I got an e-mail after I paid that I would get the days or further information within the next 48 hours. I have also send an e-mail to support@tibiaibot.com but I still haven't got a response (ofcourse).. Is anybody else having the same problem as me?

    And I still don't have a response or my iBot days.. Is there anybody that knows what I can do now? I have send an e-mail to the billing and the support e-mail and neither of them have responded.

    Look around, alot of ppls with the same problem. billing@tibiaibot.com is shit, take them ages to answer, and when they do its something like: "Give us this number or we can't do anything".

    What fucking number? I've not got any number. Money are taken from my bank and I'm premium user here, something went wrong. Just SOLVE it and stop ignoring us!

    I agree, Billing@tibiaibot.com is crap. No answer, Nothing, i bought my license and it worked fine for 1 day, next day it says i have to buy a new one, this bott is a scamm 100%, u won't get any help from anyone of the owners. They will actually stand there and telling me that all i need to do is to buy a new one, when i only used my bot 1 day,
    Use this bot 1 day and they count it as 30, like 60% of my friends who is using this bot got the same problem now.

    Yeah, exactly! I can take if something goes wrong, or its technical problems. But the support is just ignoring us and telling that they can't do anything about it. They don't realize how many customers they will loose. I've some friends who gonna use another product instead, since its impossible to buy this shit.

    Well luckily it's solved for me now, I just got my days. Hopefully this matter will be solved for you guys aswell.
