    Worst support I've ever seen. Watch out to get scammed!

    Hello.

    Tibiaibot's support is a joke, they don't answer your emails for days. I paid for this product over one week ago, still nothing, not even refunds. I'm not alone, just look around all threads here and you will see. And as I mentioned above, emailing them won't help. No answers.

    We've paid for a product, money are taken from our bank accounts, still nothing. Even if there is a problem with the buying, then we should now that, some fucking answers from the support-team would be enough, but no, nothing.

    I give up on this, I've taken it to the police so lets so how they handle it.

    Bye bye i-bot, fucking useless. I will go for Xeno instead.

    lol wow they replied to my email within one day and it was in regards to time which was added within 10 hours of emailing.
    if you have written an email with the attitude u display above then i wouldnt reply to u either.

    Also keep it mind that it may take longer during weekends.

    You are a premium user so it means your days were fully activated, did you tried to download iBot and login into it?

    This attitude came because I've been waiting for over a week. There is also alot of others with the same problem, all we need is an answer, something. Not silence and irrogance.

    Yes, many times. And as I said, its not only me. Almost hundred of others with the same problem..

    I have the same problem. I ordered and payed for iBot 1 week ago (22 october) and I still haven't received my days and also no e-mail. I first send one to support@tibiaibot.com and after that because I send it to the wrong e-mail to billing@tibiaibot.com. On my account it says that I'm a premium user but when I log into the bot (iBot v1_1_3) it says I don't have any days and I need to purchase them.

    I've answerd you six times. I've said that I dont got any reference number from Plimus. Then you asked for email and I sent it. We've already had this discussion once, why are you trying to blame it on something we already disscused?

    If there is something wrong with your payment methods just say it, look around here on the boards. I'm not alone, alot of ppl are having the same issues.

    So, try to solve and talk about the problem instead of just ignoring us. My payment is done, I'm premium user here but something went wrong. I didnt got any recipe or any Plimus reference number, we've already had this disscussion!

    If you don't have a reference number, you're either a idiot or haven't paid properly. You always get a id, it's sometimes called invoiceid, payment id etc, but it's all the same purpose, to identify that you have indeed paid, you cannot be stupid enough to think they just add stuff to people without being sure you've paid for it :P
