    Thumbs up Yaay billing answerd me

    Yaay after 3 days they finnaly answerd, they needed another ref number i had, Yaaaay now i only need to w8 3days to 3 weeks to start.

    Just be patient. Sure, plimus payment method suck and the responses from the billing team is kind of slow(what I've heard) but I'm sure they are trying to help as much and as fast as they can.
    You need to know people go to school, job or whatever - they can't respond directly.

    I know that they can't respond directly, but now i have to w8 3 days up to 3 weeks to get an answer, and that answer might be, i can't find that you bought it "bla bla bla bla" happend a friend, he bought 3 months now he have to buy a new one! This is bull****

    Maybe ppl got a school, a job or whatever, but it s a business, you can't just ignore your customers. The way to buy a bot is not professional for sure, and should be changed before improving the bot.

    I agree with you, it's not good, and it should be improved. My point is whatever you do in life, you might have to wait - thats how it works, no matter what you say. I'll try to contact Jo about a better system and eventually more billing staff.
