    Post Targeting stance explained

Here are the different values that you can use for Targeting → Monsters → [monster name] → ListSettings → [settings name] → Stance.

    Rep++ if it helps you!

    No movement

This setting makes sure the bot doesn't move as soon as it sees a target. Of course, this only works properly if you set AttackMode to Stand/XXX, not Chase/XXX.

    Approach

This setting will make sure you walk towards the target and attack it from melee distance (close combat), regardless of the AttackMode setting, while trying to stay diagonal from the target.

    Circle

Avoids standing directly in front of the target. In other words, this setting tries to make sure you always stand diagonally from your target (which is useful to avoid waves/beam attacks). It will also try to avoid getting hit by other monsters while circling the targeted monster.

    Reach

This setting will make sure you walk towards the target and attack it from melee distance (close combat), regardless of the AttackMode setting.

    Keep Away

This setting tries to make sure you always stay x sqm away from the target, where x is the Distance setting.

    Keep Away Wait

As soon as a target is on screen, the bot pauses walking / stands still and attacks the target. Once the target gets within the "keep away" distance (i.e. the Distance setting) it starts acting like the "Keep Away" setting, making sure you always stay x sqm away from the target, where x is the Distance setting.

    Lure

The bot will walk to the last Lure waypoint set in the Cavebot while making sure the target stays on screen. To always stay x sqm away from the target even while luring, set x as the value of the Distance setting.

Please post feedback / corrections / more information! Let's document how these settings work exactly. Thanks! I will edit this post as soon as more information is available.

I haven't used Keep Away Wait on ibot, but I think it pretty much pauses walking once the creature is on screen and waits, then when the creature gets within the keep away distance it begins the "keep away" process.

Lure is like peuonnis said. Here's an explanation I gave someone in another thread.

Approach = will keep diagonal on the targeted monster

Circle = will try to avoid getting hit by other monsters while circling the targeted monster
