As you can see, im posting from premium account, but this is not for me.
A friend bought premium days like 20 days ago and he tried sending messages to every single mail he could, including the dealer and firstname.lastname@example.org. Despite of that, he havent received any answer and haven't been able to log or use his days. He checked his credit card information and it the payment appears there are already done. He also gave me his account info to try helping him but i couldnt find anything on the forum that helps neither post on his account because i can't see the forum using his credentials.
Sorry if this is not the correct section but i have no idea where to do it and he didnt receive any answer from email@example.com in 20 days...
