How much time is it - Ibot value

I would like to know how many seconds or minutes is for example:
    Alerts>StandTime Value: 30000 or wait(500, 1000)
How amount I need to write if I want alarm after 1min no movement or wait 1min.
So just how count Ibot value to real time?

    500(milliseconds) = 0.5 seconds
    1000(milliseconds) = 1 second
    60000(milliseconds) = 1 minute
    600000(milliseconds) = 10 minutes
    3600000(milliseconds) = 1 hour

Thanks. Can you also explain me what does mean - wait(500, 1000)? Is it 0.5 second or 1 second?

(500, 100) mean that bot will choose time between 500-1000 and than go
