Alert/Sound Problem

Hi, i'm having a problem with the sound, it doesn't play nothing.
i already checked million times and is all enables, opening as admin and when i turn "flash client" on, it flashes, only the sound still not working.
I also check the folder sith the sounds and all of them are there, and if i play by media player they work.
I searched posts here but i didnt found any solution, i just found a lot of people with same problem as me.
Hope someone can help.

I'm facing this problem and I searched already the whole forum and couldn't find any sucessful solution. Goddamnit! =[

try to reinstall the bot and try again!

I reinstalled the Ibot, reinstalled Tibia, tried to open with compatibility with XP SP2/SP3, as admin... I tried everything I could imagine and nothing worked. I'm kinda desesperated coz I bot on two dif servers where I'm actually fighting wars and it's so fucking dangerous to go even semi-afk (shower, breakfast, for exemple) coz i can get killed in 10 min if lured. =[[[[[
