Lightbulb Tutorial for [ Is location ]

Hello, I'm looking for someaone that could make a tutorial in english for one of the most important actions ( Islocation and is not location)

Please describe his function and the meaning of the numbers in (), cause I can't understand really good. I've readed some infos on this forum but I still can't understand. please someone explain this.
    i.e.

    if not islocation(3) then
    gotolabel('at_venore_boat')
    end
what the number (3) mean and when must it be used?

    thanks in advance!

    (3) is the proximity to the position.
I mean: "if islocation()", you must be exatly in the sqm that the action were made.
"if not islocation()" means that if you are in the sqm aside that, he's going to do the action you are asking.
Most made to check if you did go up or down stair, holes, etc. after the ladder, rope action, you make a "if not islocation" to check if he's in the sqm that he was supposed to be.

In those cases I like to make "if not islocation (5)", this way, if he went up the stair, and walked to the side, to atack a mob or for lag, he will still consider that he went up the stairs, and wont try to go up again.
    is it clear?

Range in sqm. The function islocation() is used to check your exact location, islocation(3) would mean the location of the waypoint + 3sqm in every direction of it. It's used to see if you are in the area of that waypoint and can continue.
