    Invalid Hardware ID 0000-0000

So my friend has been having a problem with his hardware ID, and I was on his computer with teamviewer and tried literally everything I could think of to fix it, but nothing worked..

Any ideas on what it could be?

make sure his firewall dont blocking IBot, also ppl have problems with IBot when teamviewer is turned on, so let him check that when teamviewer is turned off
