    4 Times in a week!????

    It's the 4th time in a f* week my hardware ID changes! I have messaged ibot suppor I have messaged moderators, and no answer with a solution! I'm using only one f* laptop! With windows 8! Today I haven't take it to any place! It stayed in my house! When I arrive home I start botting, I closed ibot and open it again and surprise! MY HARDWARE ID CHANGED! But why?! I DON'T KNOW! What I have to do? RESET IT AGAIN! LOSING ANOTHER 2 DAYS FOR THIRD TIME IN A WEEK! And now, 2:08 am, I WAS BOTTING HALF HOUR AGO! And I closed ibot, open it again and... SURPRISE! HARDWARE ID CHANGED AGAAAAAIN!!! AND WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW?! RESET IT AGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! I'M PAYING FOR THIS THING AND I'M WILL NOT BE USING THE DAYS I PAID?! 8 days lost now! 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME PLEASE! HELP MEEEE!!!!

    Are you using wireless connection? When I was using wireless my Hardware ID would change quite often during Neobot times, I usually had to e-mail the owner myself to have him change for me. Try e-mailing support@tibiaibot.com

    I already message ibot support and no answer! I don't think is because the wireless conection, a month ago I was using ibot on another laptop and there never failed like in this one! I bought this laptop and change ibot to this one! 4th time I reset my hardware ID in a week, and I'm sure it will happen again today! And support is not answering!
