Character stops healing after gaining a level

As the title says, I have my char botting afk, with the standard bot healer, for hours, but I have noticed TWICE, that the char had stopped healing (hopefully I discovered it on time). I investigated why this happened and I found out both times it was after gaining a level. My char stopped healing after gaining level 33 and 34. Both times I only had to cast one spell manually and it went back to normal, but I would like to know how to fix this before I get to lvl 35 x)

    could help

well I find that very weird but to keep botting afk you could just add a action and make it your back up healer just incase the main one fails you wont die

Thanks for the replies, I didn't do exactly that but something like that: I added another healing rule to happen when the HP was dangerously low, so it kicked in when the "exura" one failed. BUT, the bug persists, IT HAPPENED AGAIN AT LVL 36, good thing the other healing saved my character (I was paying attention anyway).
