    I can't use Ibot

    Hello, yesterday I bought ibot by credit card. Today my forum status changed to a premium user, but I still can't run ibot. I have not received any email from ibot, and the main page says that I have 0 days of ibot. What should I do? Greetings, Mikzz.

    you have to wait till 48h and then write msg to admins, check sticked topic: Did not received iBot days?

    If you download the bot and login you should get the Days.
    You may have to reset cookies in your browser before the status om iBot home change.

    Unfortunately this does not work, I just downloaded the ibot and I still asks for the purchase of license.

    Strange that you have been provided "Premium User" here on forum.
    My problem is in reverse, i can login to the client but not access downloads and attachments at all.

    Hope they fix this for us as soon as possible.

    Perhaps it is their fault that we have to wait. I have already contacted with billing@tibiaibot and waiting for a reply

    I have identical, same problem as Mikzz.
    I received premium user but still dont have purchased license time.
    It passed almost 60 hours from my payment.
