    Exclamation iBot license problem [still haven't received license]

    Hello,
    I ordered license for 30 days on your official page tibiaibot.com on Sunday 26th, about 11 am.
    I paid by my visa card and moneys from my card disappeared.

    I received premium user on forum but still iBot show me statement: "Sorry but you don't have days. Purchase a license time." during logging in.
    I have not received any email from ibot, and the main page says that I have 0 days of ibot.
    From my payment it passed 5 days.

    Purchase my license please,

    same here and ibot staff dont answer...if i dont get the premium time i think the only way is take legal actions cuz this is not normal.

    I see that they switched off my premium user on forum. So legal actions is the only way to get back my moneys.

    with Plimus order reference number OR PagSeguro transacao.

    No one help you here in forum with billing.
