    How paypal works?

    Hello,
    Just a little question from me, If someone sends me cash on paypal as gift. Can he get this money back somehow? "chargeback" or smth?
    Because im thinking of selling some kk's via paypal, but im not sure if its safe to do so.

    Yes, he can. I suggest using an alternative method, unless you know this guy is trustworthy.

    Paypal is a scam system. Even a gift can be charged back.
    But I'm guessing its harder if someone has verified acc.

    It's more difficult for verified users to "chargeback" if they send it through their bank account. Credit cards can be easily charged back.

    You should also ask them to mention "virtual goods and services" in the comment. PayPal does not help disputes serving this type of transaction.
