    Did not receive LICENSE DAYS

    Please, what should I do?

    I bought an iBot License but i did not receive the days. Pagseguro has already confirmed the payment, abou A WEEK ago, and I'm still waiting for the days. And I had already sent two emails for billing@tibiaibot.com (first 48 hours after pagseguro's confirmation, and another today).

    I just bought mine like a minuto ago using pagseguro too (credit card) and just got the days, have you tried logging in on the ibot? on the website it says i have 0 days but on the bot i got mine 31 days.

    Did you login to ibot's client? You are a premium user on the forum so you should have received the license unless you renewed it.

    Your amount of days will change soon on the website and you will be a premium user.

    Yes, I am a premmium user here, but when I try to login into ibot's client it always says: "Sorry, but you don't have days. Purchase a license time."
    I've paid with credit card too and billing@tibiaibot.com never answer.
