    Hi - Purchase problems !

    Hi,

    I want to contact someone who can do something more than these people who responds
    on my emails about my purchase ( which isnt finished, I mean i've sent money 02.11.2013 ).
    I am still waiting for my 90days of Ibot. But everythime I send an email about it.
    Some of your members just responds that I have alredy activated my licence ( and ofc I do, but its activated for like 1,5month alredy )

    Here is my proof and everything
    reference number and so on, when money were sent, when you've recieved it etc.

    I am just tired of it alredy

    sorry for mistakes etc on writing, made some missclicks.

    My actual problem is, that i made a payment - and didnt recieved anything. AND support is not responding to me anymore, just keeps ignoring my mail for few days.
    It's alredy 20days after my purchase. Money from my bank account were taken and so on.

    I am looking for help on forum, cuz I cant get any help from support by email..

    Most common causes on this cases are wrong account details or your payment for iBot was declined.
    There isnt much I can do because I do not have access to that kind of information, contact billing@tibiaibot.com with your purchase details, forum username, email and a description of the issue.

    Yes BlackW I did it alredy. I had like 60days when I've made another purchase, and this "new" 90days were not added to my account. My bank transfer wasnt declined and so on. I alredy sent few messages, but they just reply to me that i am alredy with licence ( I know that, but its an old ibot licence, not the last one I've purchased) When i've sent them my bank account proof, they just ignored me sad story bro.
