    Training/Work Out

    Hello hello hello tibians Long time no see!
    Sitting here a bit bored a monday evening like this. I'd like to ask you guys a question:

    Do you train frequently? If so, what do you train, and why? Do you have som tips? (for example yogatips, runningtips or perhaps gymtips?
    Also motivation tips, good playlists to listen to and youtube videos to watch. Everything!

    my full body workout routine:
    demon shield press 4x8
    magic plate armor squat 5x5
    lootbag deadlift 5x5
    golden legs pullups (ramp up)
    ultimate health potion bicep curls 4x8

    currently cutting so i'm running from thais to venore on non-training days. looking thick, solid and tight.
