    Exclamation License bugged at same pc

    Hello. I was using the version beta of the ibot, but i switched to the normal version. When I tryed to use back the beta, it says that i changed the pc and i have to wait for 7 days.


    I cant open bot for now, and need the beta for better security.


    Please do something

    Why dont you read the FAQ or use the search function?

    Please note that you can use 1 license per pc, also switching ibot to ibot+ doesnt affect on losing days as long as you do it on THE SAME PC.

    This link I already know.

    But the problem is that the IBOT bugged, saying that i have changed pc and i didn't have. So It is not my problem, it's a problem of yours.

    I don't have to lose 2 days if the error was yours.

    I was expecting something more tham repeated words.

    That cant be our fault, however you can ask on the live chat to check your account's logs.
