    Problem with purchasing time

    I've tried four times to purchase a 30-day license for the iBot. Tried two different cards. When I get to the part of the process where it 'texts you a code to ensure the safety of your card' a 5 digit number texts me, but there's nothing in the text.

    I know this isn't a problem with my data plans, I'm unlimited, and also tried while connected to Wi-Fi.

    Can anyone help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

    Try to purchase through another browser and check if your firewall is not blocking the page or something like that! Maybe this solves your problem. Or else, contact us "by here" again if your problem persists!
