Honestly i have the same issues sometimes, all i have to do is edit all the actions and change timers, and remove garbage actions. its not that my computer cant handle it, currently i have 8 clients up and running. its just the bot itself bogs down as if it cant handle all the actions within the script. i noticed some scripts have timers of 800-1000 when they dont need to be. like alot of premium scripts have a loot changer with a timer of 800-1000 or something thats dependent on a change in your layout. theres no need for it. i set it to 30 seconds or up to 10 min. helps alot

That's not about spam rate, even 1000-1000 is okay even for loot desitnation changer etc (ofc as you said even 10000 - 10000 it's ok), the thing is brand new option lifetime current LUA system working on real time and each action got his own lifetime, generally action like spells attack, reconnect or pathfinding changers should have lifetime 0 which means it's infinite.
