    Used for 5 days and now nothing.

    Hello the powers that be like ive said that i have purchased your tibia ibot tool with my hard earned money, i have used it for 5 days i have receipts of purchase but yet you deiced to cut me off after 5 or 6 days why is this? So if any admin actually look at this get in touch with me in regards to this problem otherwise shit will hit the fan as i might think something unsavory is happening here.
    f you want to keep people as costumers i do suggest that you at least try some sort of aftercare rather then take the payment and be done with it.

    You do not need to be nervous or angry before the situation, as BUgWT said above, you simply send an email to billing@tibiaibot.com and waiting for a reply, report what happened and explain in detail.

    The e-mail is answered 3 times per day friend, Jonatas (Progamador the iBot) is responsible for this, he responds to emails, look at your inbox, trash/spam, i'm sure he answered
