    Post Payment Refunds - who has got the same problem?

    Hello,

    I've paid for about 30 licenses and I got refunded for all of them today. People who used my services as a distributor are now pissed like hell. Same as I am.. right now everyone loses money and this is sick.

    Can I talk to someone from iBot about it? E.g. how Plimus or w/e this comapny even is , could stop refunding it for no reason?

    Right now you dont get cash, plimus dont get the cash, I dont get the cash and people lost their licenses they had, so they're most likely gonna switch to other bots as this is easier solution I guess...

    as I said in other of my posts, there's no customer suppost, or even if it's exist, its absolutely ridiculous
    They way how they treat customers is very unprofessional

    If you're getting automatic refunds odds are the error is in your end. Something in your account must not be matching the criteria of the fraud detection tool. In that case try contacting jonatas at support@ibot.com. He has plans to add a resellers panel to the website aswell but I don't know how far along he's come with that.

    I don't know why, but the reason is: Inconsistent contact / billing information

    I have the same moneybookers information, credit card information (even though I pay with moneybookers balance). The company that refunds is plimus and it's not automatic. I even talked to someone who called me and everyone was happy (about 20 people). After 2-3 days all of them got their licenses blocked and plimus refunded the money.

    In one of the emails that I wrote they replied that they're waiting for an agreement between me and tibiaibot.com that I am reselling it. Why don't tibiaibot accept moneybookers by itself instead of using that silly company?

    I tried several times to get in touch with Jonatas, since I GUESS he's the one who's responsible for such an agreement, but I failed. I am already kinda tired of sending this kind of emails and telling my customers (tibiawt.com, sklep-tibia.pl, tibiagp.net, tibiachars.com... and more), that this bot is good. Cause one they face some problem it will most likely be not possible to help them cause of lack of customer service or anyone else who could help people.

    I offered Jonatas that I could send him the money directly, if he let me gather payments for him. I also offered baners on tibiawt.com, etc. No response, nobody wants to even talk and to be honest, I've even started reading about how to write my own bot, since when I see such treatment of customers or people who want to do business.. I hope you get the point.
