    Payment issue

    Im waiting, like a lot more people, for the days in our account.

    People has been waiting more than a week, and thats just can not happen, mates.

    I eaven created a new account of the Ibot with the mail that the owner of the credit card has, to chek if the days were acredited there, but no luck with that. They werent there, neither attached to the account that shoud be (the account loged in the Tibiaibot.com in the time to buy the bot, and it says clearly that the bot days will be acredited to THAT EMAIL account, so i kept following steps...)

    Payment done, recieved mail from Ibot saying thanks for buying the bot, etc etc etc, recived the bill from this new method and money its really gone to YOU.

    Now... The days has been not acredited yet and im getting impacient, because the money is ALREADY gone...

    Sent Emails to all the "help" mails that you give us to complain or ask for help, and no help was granted.

    So im doing it public.

    THIS IS A MSG TO ASK HELP, from admis, moderatos, helpers... They just give you the mail where u can send the mail, but nothing else can i do.

    I did, and nothing happened.

    PD: already readed all posts, did try to log in the bot (new vercion becacuse of server changed).

    So ye...

    what about paypal? when will i be able to purchase you're bot.. i have been waiting almost 2 weeks

    Bump, still didnt recieve an email from the billing section.

    Altho they answered the mail i sent with the credit card owners mail, but in deed is the SAME case. I did explain it in the mail sent from the account that is supposed to be acredited with bot days.

    Didnt recive yet.

    Waiting.

    Solved.

    Thanks and sorry for disturbing. But must advice to improove or change to ANOTHER payment method that is not Paypal(i like it, but u sayed had 2 much rates of tax) and not the actual one. Completly a head ache.

    Payment problems.............

    HELP... I too had the same problems with using my credit and debit cards... you guys blocked me from using it now cause i am assuming that i tried too many times... i want to pay with PAYPAL... but I cant get it to even that page to let me... please help... i heaar this is a lovely program... but i wouldnt know since i cant get the darn thing to even let me pay for it... but i can download it.. but not buy or use it.... PLEASE HELP... ANYONE... PLEASE HELP
